Job Responsibilities:
- Lead operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements.
- Manage and lead teams of J.S. Held personnel and interact with clients, shareholders, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts within legal, lending, and investor communities.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of relevant work experience in turnaround and restructuring.
- Strong grasp of bankruptcy, lending, and M&A markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor subordinate professional staff in challenging environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA a plus.
