Director, Financial Integrations

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end financial integration planning and execution for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 finance activities, including post-close readiness and issue resolution.
• Drive adoption of standard project finance processes for revenue recognition, project cost accounting, and billing.

What Success Looks Like:

• Financial integrations are completed quickly with minimal disruption to operations, clients, and employees.
• ERP and finance system conversions are accurate, controlled, and aligned with company standards.
• Leadership has clear visibility into integration progress, risks, issues, and required decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations, transformation initiatives, or ERP-related programs.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, working capital, and ERP systems.
