What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end development activities across financial systems, including solution architecture, configuration, and deployment.
- Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms.
- Architect scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
What we look for:
- 10+ years of experience leading design and operation of enterprise ERP and financial planning platforms at scale.
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C, and financial close.
- Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and quality.
