Financial Systems Lead

The Role:

• We're looking for a Financial Systems Lead to own the financial-systems strategy and execution across our network of companies.
• You will design and implement ERP solutions, evaluate tools and platforms, advise leadership on technology investments, and ensure each company has the systems to manage its own finances.
• This is an individual contributor role focused on strategy, design, and hands-on execution.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-12 years of experience in ERP implementations, financial-systems leadership, enterprise accounting, or related fields.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and practical experience with other financial-systems tools.
• Strong judgment about financial-systems architecture and the ability to evaluate trade-offs between platforms, vendors, and approaches.
