What You Will Do:
- Own production support end-to-end for Finance systems, resolving tickets and maintaining response times.
- Administer and troubleshoot across the finance tech stack including NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, Ramp, and Navan.
- Design and build AI agents and internal tools to automate Finance Transformation workflows.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration and support, with deep NetSuite administration.
- Comfortable owning a shared ticket queue and juggling multiple concurrent systems and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tooling to build practical solutions or automate real workflows.
