The Twin intake RN oversees and guides the clinical enrollment process for members and helps determine placement in the most appropriate member program according to eligibility requirements.

Provide telehealth clinical assessment, health education, and utilization management services to a variety of beneficiaries. Registered Nurses provide telephone triage and health advice to callers across North America remotely, from the comfort of their own home office. All calls are documented electronically, and all telephone encounters are recorded.

This is a fast-paced, remote Registered Nurse position where you will engage with patients through innovative channels. As a Care Advisor, you will provide quality driven telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to a diverse population and use your clinical knowledge to assess, disposition, make recommendations for care, provide education and health information.

Provide first-line medical assessment, triage, and assistance via telemedicine and direct coordination. Conduct pre-deployment screenings, travel health assessments, and repatriation planning. Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure appropriate and effective care. Manage complex medical cases, including emergency response coordination and medical evacuations.
