• Produce clear and efficient visit notes that showcase strong medical decision-making.

• Administer initial mental health evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medication and provide psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
• Ensure accurate electronic health records for all patient encounters.

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs.
• Coordinate care effectively by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups.
