As a Healthguide, you’re serving as the vital bridge between patients and their care teams—helping people overcome barriers, navigate their health journeys, and live healthier, more confident lives. You’ll build trusted relationships that empower patients to take control of their health and partner with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.

At Guidehealth, we’re looking for Customer Service Guides who are tech-savvy, resilient, and passionate about helping others. You’ll be the trusted voice for our members and providers, guiding them through the complex world of healthcare with empathy, clarity, and confidence. You will be serving as the first point of contact for members and providers, handling 30–40 calls per day while also managing chats, texts, emails, video, and co-browsing.

As a registered nurse in Illinois, you will work remotely to enhance member management quality, maximize satisfaction and cost effectiveness, and help members navigate the health system as a collaborative health partner. You'll work closely with clients and members to promote wellness, problem-solve, and assist members in achieving their personal health-care related goals.
