We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in value-based care quality reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data extraction, transformation, automation, and visualization, and will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-impact dashboards and reports that drive clinical and operational performance.

As a registered nurse with an Illinois nursing license, you will work remotely to enhance the quality of member management, maximize both satisfaction and cost effectiveness, and assist in navigating the health care system as a collaborative health partner in their health care team. As an RN Case Manager, the RN will work closely with client and members alike to promote wellness, problem-solve, and assist members in realization of their personal health-care related goals.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and implementation of processes within your assigned practice and maintaining accountability and driving adherence to established standards. You will identify and analyze processes around various departments to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
