Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders both in-person and via telemedicine. Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services. Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

Provide first-line medical assessment, triage, and assistance via telemedicine and direct coordination. Conduct pre-deployment screenings, travel health assessments, and repatriation planning. Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure appropriate and effective care. Manage complex medical cases, including emergency response coordination and medical evacuations.

Seeking Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners responsible for conducting Med Spa Good Faith Evaluations via Telemedicine who are actively licensed in at least California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona and at least in an additional 3 states. Hours will be 1-3 hours per day and ideal candidates can work 5-6 days per week on a regular schedule.
