The Axxess Training and Certification Global ANCC Planner performs support related to educational, regulatory, and administrative tasks related to ANCC requirements. They must be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They ensure continuous quality improvement by ensuring that the ANCC process for continuing education and documentation is accurate and complete.
The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is a professional RN who provides personalized support, guidance, advocacy, and education to Members and their caregivers affected by cancer. They possess oncology-specific clinical knowledge required to guide Members, families, and caregivers to assist overcoming healthcare system barriers. Using the nursing process, they provide education and resources to facilitate and support informed decision-making and timely access to quality health.
Eligible applicants must reside in Arizona, Idaho or Utah and must have California RN license within 90 days of hire. This is a work-flow/task based position to review and approve plans of care/oasis. Must have excellent attention to detail and computer skills. Serves as a support to quality, clinical, and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating electronic medical record (EHR) workflow.
