Director, Member Engagement

• Establish and direct the strategic vision for the Imagine Pediatrics centralized call center.
• Lead a team of engagement associates that enroll attributed eligible patients into the clinical program.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to inform the technical infrastructure.

Director, Credentialing

Oversee the operations of the Imagine Pediatrics Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment Department. Develop and train on policies and procedures, workflows, and training documentation for the team. Manage Delegated Credentialing arrangements - implementation and audit – as well as ongoing Delegated partnerships with health plans.

Administrative Business Partner

The Administrative Business Partner works closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate and support senior leaders with the delivery of key events and meetings. Your responsibilities will include: -Administrative Support (Calendar Management, Travel Planning) -Collaborate with Business Development and external partners or vendors to coordinate shipping inventory to conferences and events -Assist the Senior Director, Business Development in coordinating conference and event logistics (registering attendees to conferences, making dinner reservations, managing hotel reservations)

QA Engineer

• Feature and bug fix testing on both web and mobile.
• Managing project ticketing workflow within Jira digesting stories and issues, prioritizing, and communicating severity.
• Staying up to date with emerging trends, tools and technologies in mobile application testing.

Data Program Manager

This person will serve as the connective tissue across Product, Data, Health Informatics, Health Plan Operations , Business Development , and Clinical Leadership   —   ensuring large initiative s go - live smoothly and new features launch seamlessly into our quickly scaling care delivery business. Partner with Health Plan Operations as a member of the Technology team to help lead end-to-end launch execution, ensuring new partnerships go live flawlessly and on schedule.

Pediatric Medical Receptionist/Dispatcher

Work as part of the multidisciplinary Acute Care team, ensuring the Mobile Integrated Care team is properly dispatched and assisting clinicians in successfully caring for patients. Serve as a scheduler for the Acute Care Team. Dispatch the team of in-house Pediatric Home Care Specialists and partner Mobile Integrated Healthcare resources. Ensure Home Care Specialist safety by monitoring their location. Facilitate communication through the Teams platform.
