  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute care plans aligned to patient needs and clinical goals.

  • Provide medication management services inclusive of medication access, education, adherence, and comprehensive medication management for pediatric patients.
  • Act as liaison between the designated region and the medication management center of excellence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities.
  • Document encounters in the electronic medical record and promote evidence-based, cost-effective medication management.

  • Define and drive product strategy across care delivery infrastructure and clinical operations tooling, balancing near-term impact with foundational investment.
  • Lead through ambiguity at scale, framing and resolving complex problem spaces while aligning clinical, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-impact outcomes from discovery through launch, owning success metrics tied to patient outcomes and care team effectiveness.
