What You’ll Do:
- Set the technical vision for the security stack and ensure alignment with business and clinical strategy.
- Define cloud and identity security strategy across AWS and Azure/EntraID, including privileged access, MFA, and AI agent governance.
- Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews for Care Hub, Medplum, and data platforms like Snowflake.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years as a Security Engineer or Architect, with at least 5 years in healthcare.
- Deep expertise in cloud and identity security, application security, and secure SDLC/CI/CD.
- Experience translating HITRUST and HIPAA requirements into technical controls.

- Base salary range of $195,000-$225,000 plus annual bonus and equity purchase program.
