Senior Data Scientist

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals, frame ambiguous questions, and scope projects into well-posed modeling problems.
• Build and deploy production-ready models, along with monitoring outputs and drift.
• Translate model behavior and outputs into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
• Experience working in a start-up or growth environment required; healthcare experience preferred.

• Base salary range of $145,000 - $180,000 plus annual bonus incentive and equity purchase eligibility.
