- Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs.
- They deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day billing and coding operations across multiple markets, payers, and service lines.
- Coach and develop Billing and Coding Supervisors to drive performance.
- Own Revenue Cycle KPIs and drive process improvements.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of Revenue Cycle experience and 3+ years of people leadership.
- Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA) required.
What We Offer:
- Base salary range $100,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus.
