Responsibilities:
- Manage patient-facing and internal billing questions, including resolving denials and investigating patient responsibility.
- Work claims end-to-end via our clearinghouse and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support streamlining RCM processes with automation suggestions and maintain consistent execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with insurance billing workflows, including claim submission and denial management.
- Patient-first communication skills and strong organization.
