Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

What RCM Contributes:

• Focuses on clinical and administrative processes to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue
• Shadows the entire patient care journey from scheduling to account balance zero

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software including electronic and paper processing
• Call insurance companies regarding payment discrepancies and follow up on unpaid claims
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
