Position Purpose:
- Manage workflow and activities for recovery and revenue cycle management.
- Investigate, resolve, and settle complex claims issues.
- Supervise team and ensure performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate business processes and conduct aging reviews.
- Respond to escalated issues from customers and insurance payers.
- Analyze reports on aging activity, accounts receivable, and cash to revenue.
Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years medical billing experience.
