Coordinate reporting/analytical talents pipeline & manage projects in concert with other work stream Directors within the Analytics Organization (AO). Advise leaders & operators on the prioritization of projects and business implications of reporting/analytics to the organization. Manage and develop reporting/analytical approaches to identify, measure and evaluate health-related solutions and services.

You’ll be at the center of a wide range of mission-critical initiatives, helping Heartbeat make rapid progress in the experiences we deliver and optimizing the supporting systems. Own all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry into internal and external systems, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up.

As a Manager, Population Health, you will play a critical role in designing and leading various aspects of the Population Health Model, focusing on the Clinical Documentation Program. You'll support core population health domains, build workflow optimizations, assess vendor support, identify performance opportunities, and drive excellence across our population and care teams. This role reports to the Population Health Director.
