You will be a trusted advisor for the regional implementation and support of Aible Clinic technologies and services, including the UNiD platform and patient-specific planning services and implants. Your role will be independently structured around three main responsibilities: onboarding, increasing customer utilization, and managing operational initiatives.

Under limited supervision, Trauma Registrar is responsible for reviewing applicable documentation and assigning appropriate procedure and diagnosis codes. Assign ICD 10 CM and ICD 10 PCS codes by interpreting clinical data for reimbursement, planning, management, and statistical analysis in various data models. Evaluate the quality and integrity of the clinical documentation to identify incomplete or inconsistent documentation for encounters that affect the codes selection and payments.

The Director, Clinical Quality and Practice Optimization will lead Zócalo Health’s efforts to establish, implement, and continuously improve the clinical quality framework and practice standards across all lines of care. This role is responsible for developing scalable, high-quality care delivery models that meet or exceed regulatory, contractual, and clinical standards while remaining rooted in Zócalo Health’s culturally responsive care model.
