Associate Clinical Quality Director - Client Launch

This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of new clinical services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role combines leadership, project management, technical expertise, and quality assurance to support seamless service launches, minimize errors, and optimize program implementation. You will oversee new client launches with any Population Health services, including Care and Case Management (CCM), Utilization Management (UM), Specialty, and Navigation services. Additionally, you will drive quality assurance efforts, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide client audit and accreditation support. Responsibilities include: Dedicated Launch Support, Oversee initial member engagement, clinical transitions of care, Collaborate with internal teams and represent Included Health with external stakeholders Implement quality improvement initiatives and address identified gaps. Strict adherence to security and HIPAA regulations. Model organizational values through humility, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. Travel approximately 5-10%.
