Manager of Clinical Quality

Solace is seeking a Manager of Clinical Quality to shape the work of care advocates and ensure high standards of quality. The role involves developing and executing a framework for advocate operational and clinical quality, synthesizing information from multiple platforms, and implementing policies and procedures. The Manager will also oversee quality assurance and improvement programs and work closely with data and product teams. Candidates should have an active RN license, 5+ years of care management experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience related to closing care gaps and health related social needs (HRSN/SDOH). Prior startup experience is a plus.
