Senior Value Based Care (VBC) Manager

This full-time position can be remote work in the states of Washington or California, with some travel to care centers in both states. The Sr. VBC Manager is responsible for developing and operationalizing value-based care programs and initiatives that contribute meaningfully and measurably to the overall success of Privia’s value-based care strategy. They are focused on strategic initiatives geared toward success in new and existing Privia Health markets. Primary Job Duties include acting as a subject matter expert to influence strategy and goal setting by developing insights around patient attribution, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance provider and practice-facing tools that provide curated data and actions to end-users, and utilizing project management tools to track progress on initiatives and ensure timely execution.
