Maven is looking for a Manager of Care Delivery to lead a team of dynamic Care Advocates and Care Coaches. Our Care Delivery team helps members navigate digital care and provides coaching to improve clinical outcomes and drive engagement. You will work alongside the management team to foster a strong team culture and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality, empathetic care.
As a Manager of Care Delivery at Maven, you will conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning to promote employee growth. You will lead by example to ensure a culture focused on empathetic care, coaching individual team members to drive clinical outcomes, engagement, and member satisfaction. You will participate in member careβrelated projects, contributing to the achievement of OKRs from conception to execution.
