Job Summary:
- Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, provides business services for complex clients, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections, and AR activities for healthcare clients.
- Analyze aging reports, denials, and reimbursement trends to improve processes.
- Utilize EHR systems, payer portals, and Microsoft tools for revenue cycle operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement.
- Experience with EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred.
