Revenue Cycle Specialist

Overview:

• CCS is a strategic partner in chronic care management, addressing diabetes and other chronic conditions affecting millions.
• The company combines data-driven insights with human-led support to improve adherence and prevent hospitalizations.

Responsibilities:

• Work individual accounts from billing system, assessing insurance reimbursement and auditing supply configurations.
• Post payments, adjust accounts, and resolve credit balances while ensuring all documentation is obtained.
• Research denials, initiate appeals, and produce reports to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and minimum two years of medical billing/collections experience required.
• Must be knowledgeable in reimbursement processes, with strong analytical and PC skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
