Patient Financial Services Specialist

Role Overview:

• Manage the full patient financial experience by supporting billing inquiries, payment resolution, and account follow-up.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and Oshi's unique billing model with empathy.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Eligibility & Benefits, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as primary contact for patient billing, claims, and payments via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct proactive outreach for unpaid balances and support collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and analyze trends to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services.
• Strong understanding of patient billing, claims, and AR management.
• Experience in remote work environment with strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $47,000 - $52,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.
