This role is for any Behavioral Health Providers licensed in multiple states throughout the United States. As a core member of the clinical team, you will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI-focused clinical team to help you develop a working knowledge of digestive health conditions and implement GI focused psychological services. Your role will complement services provided by other members of the care team.

Oshi Health is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy People Operations Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of all HR tools, systems, and operational workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance of HR technology platforms, maintaining data integrity, and driving efficiency in HR processes and reporting.

As a core member of the clinical team, you will take pride in supporting our mission and drive towards achievement of our member acquisition goals by verifying real time eligibility and ensuring each onboarding appointment is well prepared. You will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI focused team to help you develop an expertise with eligibility and insurance processes and digestive health conditions.
