Patient Services Representative- Practice Operations

Role Overview:

• Act as key point of contact for patients, helping resolve billing questions and providing guidance throughout account resolution.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications while ensuring accurate follow-up and a positive patient experience.
• Support patient service operations and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a medical office environment, preferably within patient services, eligibility, billing, or related healthcare operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with patients.
