Patient Communications Representative

Position Overview:

• Provide compassionate and compliant communication to assist patients with medical account resolution.
• Connect with patients through multiple channels to guide and establish suitable payment solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Communicate with patients regarding outstanding medical accounts and repayment options.
• Negotiate payment arrangements following established guidelines and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient contacts and account activity.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining detailed account information.
• Ability to build rapport with patients while handling sensitive financial conversations.
