- Research account history to resolve billing concerns and coordinate with internal teams.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and navigate multiple systems.
Benefits and Pay:
- Starting pay $14 per hour plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
- Paid training (2 weeks) and benefit eligibility after 60 days.
