Patient Billing Representative

Qualifications:

• Customer service or call center experience required.
• Healthcare billing, insurance, or claims experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional billing or healthcare education a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process patient payments and maintain payment plans.
• Verify and update insurance information, resubmit claims, and educate patients on billing concepts.
• Research account history to resolve billing concerns and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and navigate multiple systems.

Benefits and Pay:

• Starting pay $14 per hour plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
• Paid training (2 weeks) and benefit eligibility after 60 days.
• Full-time 40 hours per week with consistent schedule.
