The Authorization Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the prior authorization process, including collecting documentation, contacting clients, and completing authorizations. The specialist interacts with clients, insurance companies, and sales representatives while maintaining accurate records and providing high-level customer service.

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for creating and submitting claims, bills, and patient statements, ensuring an organized process for all claims submissions, revenue cycle tracking, denial management, and resubmissions in a fast-paced startup environment.

As a RCM Operations Coordinator, you will facilitate communication between internal and external teams, monitor tickets, and identify issues and trends that need to be addressed by the RCM Operations team and its Global Partners. You will also analyze trends to identify process or operational gaps and work with internal teams and vendor partners to close these gaps.
