About the Role:
- Own RCM: payer contracting, billing, denials, collections, and reconciliation.
- Partner with Finance and clinical ops on the revenue engine.
What You'll Own:
- Lead and scale the RevOps team.
- Negotiate contracts and enforce clean-claim rates.
- Drive root-cause fixes for denials, A/R, and reporting.
Who We Need:
- 5-7+ years of RCM experience and 2-3+ years managing a billing team.
- Analytical, cross-functional, and payer-savvy (commercial, Medicaid, self-pay).
- A builder who thrives in ambiguity and startup pace.
