Responsibilities:
- Set and drive payor strategy for market expansion and rate negotiation.
- Oversee billing, collections, and cash posting teams to ensure timely revenue capture.
- Build and report on KPIs spanning payor access, contract rates, and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years healthcare revenue cycle management experience with payor contracting.
- 5+ years management experience with proven people-leadership of multi-team departments.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash reconciliation in healthcare or DME/HME.
