The Benefits Reporting Specialist ensures accurate insurance benefits reporting, supports customers in navigating financial and insurance-related questions, and contributes to process improvements through trend identification. This role involves extensive cross-team collaboration and direct interaction with Lingraphica’s customers.

The Clinical Consultant is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who leverages clinical expertise and consultative sales skills to support speech-language pathologists (SLPs), care partners, and clients through the trial and acquisition process of Lingraphica speech-generating devices (SGDs).

The Care Partner Success Specialist plays a critical role in building trusted relationships with care partners—family members, friends, or professional caregivers—who support individuals using our AAC devices. The CPSS ensures care partners are informed, engaged, and equipped throughout the trial and sales journey.

Lingraphica is seeking a Software Engineer to join their product engineering team, contributing to the development of their AAC speech-generating device and supporting services. As a key member of a cross-functional Innovation team, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build, test, and maintain high-quality software that helps individuals with speech and language impairments communicate more effectively.
