The Clinical Educator is an integral part of Lingraphica’s content and lead generation strategy. This role acts as the face of the company by providing continuing education opportunities to various clinical audiences, particularly speech-language pathologists (SLP). The Clinical Educator will conduct daily educational demos, clinical conversations, and webinars to professionals across the country to inform them of the latest in AAC technology, research, and Lingraphica’s products and resources.
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition and increasing ROI through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels. You will own the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV platforms.
The Customer Training & Success Manager ensures that every new Lingraphica customer has the knowledge and confidence to use their device successfully. This role focuses on post-sale device training: helping customers and caregivers understand both the mechanics of device use and how to apply it in their daily lives. The Manager will also play a key role in shaping Lingraphica’s broader Customer Training & Success program.
The Clinical Consultant is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who leverages clinical expertise and consultative sales skills to support speech-language pathologists (SLPs), care partners, and clients through the trial and acquisition process of Lingraphica speech-generating devices (SGDs). This role acts as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong professional relationships while helping guide customers in selecting the right AAC device to meet their communication needs.
