VP, Payer Sales

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a strategic approach to cultivate new relationships with payers.
• Partner with and mentor a small payor sales team to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

What you'll need:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in payer sales with a proven track record.
• Deep experience in healthcare industry including payer dynamics and reimbursement models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
