As the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building and scaling a high-performing CX team at one of the fastest-growing healthcare start-ups. This role will manage and develop a team of CX Associates, collaborate with teams across Product & Engineering, Revenue Cycle Management and Provider Operations. You’ll collaborate with external vendors and BPO partners, and lead critical operational projects from ideation to execution.

The Provider Onboarding Associate plays a critical role in shaping the journey for new Registered Dietitians as they join our team. The POA is directly responsible for ensuring they are supported, confident, and ready to start successfully seeing patients at Nourish. This role is centered around creating a best-in-class provider experience - managing complex inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding their onboarding journey.
