About the Role:
- Lead clinical excellence across Nourish's therapist population, focusing on clinical quality, therapist engagement, and patient outcomes.
- Serve as the dedicated clinical leader for therapy, setting standards of care and shaping the therapy care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own clinical excellence and develop evidence-based clinical guidance for therapists.
- Build trust with therapists through engagement and communication, and manage clinical leaders with coaching and accountability.
- Use data to evaluate clinical quality and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Medical to scale the therapy organization.
Qualifications:
- Licensed therapist with deep clinical expertise and experience, ideally in telehealth.
- 5+ years of operational and people management experience leading clinical teams.
- Strong communication, project management, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
