About the Role:
- As RCM Lead, you'll own cash reconciliation for both patient and insurance payments.
- You'll clear our unreconciled cash backlog and become the go-to expert for these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Stripe and Candid are aligned on total patient cash posted, reconciling checks and ERAs to root cause.
- Onboard, direct, and oversee a team of VAs on reconciliation workflows and quality checks.
- Build and maintain SOPs, oversee refund workflows, and partner across teams to support enterprise reconciliation.
We'd Love to Hear From You If:
- You have 5–7 years in cash posting and reconciliation, with hands-on RCM experience.
- You are comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy work and building processes from scratch.
- You are a low-ego, scrappy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
