What you'll do:
- Process and match incoming check payments to invoices in Stripe, ensuring accurate allocation.
- Reconcile deposits, resolve payment discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to manage payment issues and escalations.
Who you are:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, spreadsheet, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Clear written communicator comfortable with financial data and payment platforms.
