Financial Controller | Payments & Fintech

Role Overview:

• Build and lead the financial operations of a growing payments business.
• Take ownership of core finance activities including reconciliations and reporting.
• Work closely with leadership to establish reliable controls and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile high-volume payment transactions across processors, MIDs, banks, and merchants.
• Lead month-end closing and multi-entity accounting activities.
• Manage merchant settlements, liquidity, and financial controls.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance with close process responsibility.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payments or fintech operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
