Head of Finance

Role Overview:

• Fully remote leadership role in a regulated fintech focused on stablecoin payments.
• Report to the COO, balancing strategic finance leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting, scaling processes.
• Deliver monthly close, board reporting, and audit-ready controls.
• Manage liquidity, reserves, and treasury across banking and digital asset platforms.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of finance experience with FP&A and accounting ownership.
• Expertise in forecasting, treasury, regulatory reporting, and team building.
• Comfortable in a remote, low-bureaucracy environment with AI tools.
