Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview:

• Lead the financial strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling technology business.
• Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board on capital strategy, financial planning, and decision-making.
• Build scalable systems and processes to support significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee FP&A and Accounting functions, ensuring accurate, timely financial deliverables and improved operational effectiveness.
• Direct accounting operations, audits, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare the organization for future fundraising, financing, or strategic milestones, including M&A evaluation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including previous CFO experience in a scaling business.
• Proven success scaling SaaS or technology companies from approximately $50M to $200M+ in revenue.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, late-stage fundraising, and financial systems.
