About the Role:
- Work at the intersection of traditional claim submission and cutting-edge AI.
- Help customers submit claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure automation systems perform at the highest standard.
What you'll do:
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials from ERAs, EOBs, and lockbox files.
- Balance daily batches and reconcile to bank deposits.
- Resolve unapplied cash, credit balances, refunds, and recoupments.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, charge entry, or coding verification.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding and PM systems like eCW, ModMed, Athenahealth.
- Ability to work US hours (9am–6pm ET) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
