About the Role:
- Support Pivotal's Payor Compliance team with payment processing and refunds.
- Own the weekly refund cycle and serve as point person for refund questions.
What You'll Do:
- Process weekly fee-refund uploads and reconcile remit amounts.
- Drive communications between Client Success, IDREs, and Accounting.
- Maintain and improve Payor Compliance SOPs.
Who You Are:
- 2–3 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or managed care.
- Comfortable with Metabase, BigQuery, Excel, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized under high-volume workflows.
