Operations Associate - Payments

About the Role:

• You'll support the compensation lifecycle for a broad network of Expert Contributors who power LLM data development efforts.
• You'll be the front line for expert support, resolving payment issues and discrepancies with clarity and technical rigor.
• You'll sit at the intersection of data operations, finance, product, and program teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day queue of payment support tickets and serve as the primary point of contact for expert-facing communications.
• Investigate ticket issues by auditing contributor data and complex payment systems with dynamic bonus structures.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, scripts, automations and dashboards to speed up ticket investigation and reduce manual work.

Pay Transparency:

• The target hourly rate is $35-$40 depending on work location.
