About the Role:
- Fully remote position supporting patients during Annual Wellness Visits.
- Requires strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and comfort with telehealth workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare comprehensive AWV charts and review patient histories, medications, and screenings.
- Conduct face-to-face virtual visits and communicate concise summaries to providers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and HIPAA.
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN or LPN/LVN compact license and 3+ years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Dedicated private home workspace and reliable internet.
