The Patient Experience Supervisor will report to the Revenue Cycle Director of Patient experience and be a member of Ivyβs leadership team. This position recruits, hires, trains, and develops customer service agents and manages and allocates resources effectively. The Supervisor also addresses patient complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution.
