Job Description
The Patient Experience Supervisor will report to the Revenue Cycle Director of Patient experience and be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing customer service agents. They will supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and conduct performance reviews, providing feedback to maintain a positive culture incorporating Ivy Rehab's core values.
The Supervisor efficiently de-escalates patient concerns by offering assistance and support through various channels. They manage resources effectively, address patient complaints, and ensure satisfactory resolution. This role involves optimizing Patient Experience workflows and procedures, collaborating with other department leaders, and attending team meetings and training as needed. Staying abreast of industry best practices and trends complete the role.
