The Medical Director oversees the administration of patient care and provider services, implementing an integrated clinical practice delivery model. They supervise physicians/NPs and collaborate with clinical managers to ensure high clinical delivery standards. This role provides and manages direct health care for a specified patient population, maintaining patient statistics and ensuring compliance with regulations.

As a CDS for Accompany Health you will be doing pre-visit chart prep including review of medical records to identify diagnoses to be addressed by care teams in visits with patients. You will also be identifying educational opportunities to improve clinical documentation in compliance with ICD-10 CM coding guidelines, internal protocols, and CMS and payer guidelines.

You will lead the Virtual Physician Partners (VPP’s) team including all training, process improvement, and operational aspects of a large team. You will be responsible for working with the Network Services leadership team as a key member in charting the success of N-Power with its Network customers. In this senior management role, you will manage a fast-growing distributed team of VPP’s.
