We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Physician Liaison to lead efforts in building strategic partnerships with independent physicians and provider groups to enhance patient recruitment into clinical trials. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, HIPAA compliance, and the nuances of clinical research.

This role focuses on data management to support population health analytics and the effective operation of physician networks under Dignity Health MSO. The Data Management Specialist provides data management support services to Dignity Health’s CIN/ACO Networks, Performance Insight, Employer Relations, and Valued Based Operations. This position requires a highly motivated person with exceptional customer service, relationship management and interpersonal skills.

The Manager, Clinical Care is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of an integrated multi-disciplinary clinical and clinical support structure that will effectively monitor, support, and lead Value Based clinical initiatives. This individual must exhibit strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to utilize both internal and external resources to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization.

Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for all new hires and current employees. Track compliance with required vaccinations and health screenings; ensure timely follow-up and renewal. Create authorizations for employees to obtain services through Concentra or similar occupational health vendors. Support and monitor workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and coordination with HR and external case managers.
