Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct coding audits and reviews for various professional fee record types.
- Research and supply clients with supporting regulatory and coding guideline documentation.
- Aid in creating and presenting educational seminars for clients and staff.
Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
- Quality-conscious and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in computer skills and various EMR systems.
Qualifications:
- AHIMA or AAPC certification is essential.
- Requires a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in performing E/M audits and reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
